How Do I Get Started?

  2. At the end of that form you’ll book in our pre-consultation call, this call is there to make sure you are right for the program and we don’t waste each other’s time! We’ll discuss days/times of sessions and any other things you need to be sure of before signing up.

  3. From there we’ll have book in consultation, this is there for me to fully understand you and how I can help get the best out of you during our 5 weeks together

  4. After the consultation, we’ll confirm your space in the program and sort out the signing up details

  5. In the lead up to the start date I’ll send over your welcome pack and make sure you’ve got everything you need to hit the ground running on your first week

  6. On the week commencing Monday 15th September the program will begin and so will the fun!

The 3 Stages To Gym Confidence

Stage 1 - Clarity

This is week 1 of the Revive In 5 Program where we make sure you know exactly what it is to do in the gym and how you should be doing it.

No more second guessing which exercises would be best or if you’re doing them safely. 

Here we get you clear on your starting point and get ready to start building from there!

Stage 2 - Competence

In weeks 2 & 3 of Revive In 5 we focus on improving your technique with the exercises but also on your general knowledge of the gym and the equipment in there.

This isn’t like when you had that 1 induction at a gym and were left to fend for yourself, your other teammates and I will be there for you every step of the way.

But it’s not just the gym, in these weeks you’ll also get to join a live session on Nutrition Fundamentals and a session on Sleep Strategies with 2 expert female guests into the group.

Your health and happiness has many inputs, and we are going to tackle all of them.

Stage 3 - Confidence

In weeks 4 & 5 we’ll focus on building that confidence I was talking about, the kind of confidence you can only get from taking care of the first 2 stages of the program…

The confidence to lift more weight, to take more control of your own session and to know how to continue this for the rest of your life.

In these weeks I’ll show you how strong you really are and you’ll be able to lift weights you didn’t think possible (only ones you’re comfortable to try, I’ll never “make” you do anything!)

We’ll also have another live session on Menopause and how this can affect your nutrition because this is another area that can’t be overlooked if we want to get the best out of you for years to come

Finally, we’ll have a 1:1 Progress Call to discuss what’s next for you, whether that’s with or without the group!

Episode 94 - How I Became A Coach

A Little Bit About Your New Coach

My name is Sam Kenyon and I’ve been coaching women to become more confident in the gym for over 5 years now, in that time I’ve racked up thousands of hours on the gym floor with over 100 different clients!

I went to university to do Strength & Conditioning and have been in the gym for over 13 years but outside of the gym I’m a simple man who enjoys the little things in life.

A long walk, a proper coffee and having a lie down on the sofa after a long day will do for me!

My mission has always been to get weights in as many hands as possible, which is why I made the decision to focus on getting more women in the gym as I’d heard from too many of them how nervous they were entering the weights section of the gym.

What’s really important to me is guiding you to foster a really positive relationship with both diet AND exercise in order to help you live the happiest and healthiest life possible, whatever that looks like for you.

I’m not into fads, quick fixes, body transformations or transactional “coaching” where you’re just another number to tick off…

To really get to the core of what’s holding you back with being consistent in the gym and with your nutrition requires so much more than that, which is why I’m so excited to be bringing Revive In 5 to life!

The Revive In 5 program allows me to give you the best value for money service I possibly can; for these 5 weeks you get 2hrs per week of direct contact time with me for less than £25/hr, considering most PT sessions range from £35-£50 per hour I think that’s a good deal!

With Revive In 5 you are getting the culmination of all my experience working with women just like you to become the strong, confident people they’ve always been capable of becoming.

You get a compassionate and supportive coach in your corner to ensure you get results in a way that aligns with your values and how you want to live your life, not some 20 year old telling you to count all your calories and do endless HIIT workouts!

Although this is a 5 week program, my intention is to get you to achieve results that last a lifetime so we will discuss your next steps for after the program whether it’s continuing with me or flying solo.
