What makes this different to other diet clubs?

Session 1

  • Why Previous Diets Have Failed You - Understanding your past attempts to lose weight and why they were doomed from the start so that you can avoid repeating history!

  • Core Principles of Nutrition & Fat Loss - How it physically all works and what you actually need to focus on!

  • Body Image and the Role of the Mind in Dieting - Your mind is what dictates your behaviours and your behaviours are what dictates your dieting success. Any method that doesn’t address this is setting you up for failure!

Session 2

  • The 3+1 Method - the non-calorie counting framework I’ve used with women just like you

  • Personalisation & Meal Building - making this diet fit YOUR life

  • Practical Planning - being proactive and getting the next 2 weeks (at least!) down on paper so you go away with clear next steps

My name is Sam Kenyon and I’ve been coaching women to become more confident in the gym for over 5 years now, in that time I’ve racked up thousands of hours on the gym floor with over 100 different clients!

I went to university to do Strength & Conditioning and have been in the gym for over 13 years but outside of the gym I’m a simple man who enjoys the little things in life.

A long walk, a proper coffee and having a lie down on the sofa after a long day will do for me!

My mission has always been to get weights in as many hands as possible, which is why I made the decision to focus on getting more women in the gym as I’d heard from too many of them how nervous they were entering the weights section of the gym.

What’s really important to me is guiding you to foster a really positive relationship with both diet AND exercise in order to help you live the happiest and healthiest life possible, whatever that looks like for you.

I’m not into fads, quick fixes, body transformations or transactional “coaching” where you’re just another number to tick off…

Over the past 5+ years of working with women I have had far too many stories of how various diet clubs have left them in a worse position than they found them by essentially destroying their relationship with food, the scales and even themselves…

I want to provide an alternative to the usual feelings of guilt and failure that you’ve come to associate with dieting, a positive alternative that focuses on making you feel good and live your life whilst still getting you those results that you want!
